Tuna and broccoli bake

This is from the Philadelphia cook book. I use tescos own cream cheese.

300g broccoli florets

200g tuna in spring water, drained and flaked

120g cream cheese

125ml milk

zest of 1/2 lemon (the remainder of the lemon can be served with the bake)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley

25g breadcrumbs

1 garlic clove, crushed

Preheat oven to 190 c. cook the broccoli until tender in a saucepan of boiling water and drain well. Place in a large ovenproof dish with tuna.

Gently heat the cream cheese and milk in a pan over a low heat until the cream cheese has melted, then add the lemon zest and parsley. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and tuna. Mix the breadcrumbs with the garlic, sprinkle over the top of the tuna a nd bake in the oven for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
