potato peelings

Instead of throwing your potato peelings, why not try popping them on a baking tray with some oil drizzled on and some rosemary (dry or fresh) and bake them until they are crisp. I haven’t try this but I have been told that they are lovely.

tip: don’t overload the tray. Use two trays instead.

Growing rosemary is easy to grow and smells lovely. you can do loads with it. If you put some on an open fire or barbeque they give out a lovely aroma, especially on the bbq with steak.xx
